PREPARATION OF SITE PRIOR TO START CONSTRUCTION WORK

A project is awarded from Business Development Department to project operation department after taken over the possession of the land from landowner. Subsequent works to be follows:

1.   At first, remove all undesirable objects, organic matters and structures for commencing the construction work.

2.   Physical survey should have been carried out.

3.  Deploy the surveyor or professionals for topographical survey of the whole projects. The following items must consist in the survey reports.

3.1      Peripheral Length

3.2      Horizontal Angels of each corner.

3.3      RL & Total Contouring map from the adjacent road crest.

3.4      Tree Survey (Trunk dia, circumference, height, ordinate point, name etc.)

3.5      Existing Structure (Structure as quit dimensions, height, area etc.)

3.6      Utilities (Electrical, Gas, Water, Telephone etc.) Location, connection pipe or cable laying              line and inspection pit or master pit, septic tank and soak well (if any) location

3.7      Collection information about existing electrical load, water supply and sewage pipe dia.

4.    Utilities Meter location

5.    Updated Bill books of all utilities

6.    Photograph of total site

7.    Photograph of all utilities location and meter reading

8.    Deploy security Guards for rounding the three shifts

9.    Ensure the fencing with the company branding by approved design

10.   Secured main gate

11.   Maintain the following Registrar books

       11.1        Security Attendant registrar

       11.2        Security Duty Roaster

       11.3        Visitors Registrar

       11.4        Materials in & out registrar

       11.5        Project History Registrar

12.  Application for change tariff of electrical bill.
